United Credit Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting was held on May 21, 2008 as scheduled, but the Annual Accounts could not be approved by the Board owing to non receipt of audited Annual Accounts of United Nanotechnologies Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of the Company, which forms part of Accounts of the Company.

The Company will be intimating about the next date of the Board meeting when the Annual Accounts for the year ending March 31, 2008 will be placed for approval.
