Unitex Designs Ltd has informed BSE that in the limited review report of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2007, the Auditors of the Company have made the following observations:
“1. Non-provision in the accounts in respect of certain Sundry Debtors which are doubtful of recovery amounting to Rs 19.13 Lacs, since in the Company’s view, the same are fully recoverable, having consequential effect on the Profit for the year; on the Sundry Debtors and Provisions to the above extent.
2. Non-provision towards Accounting Standard - 28, in respect of impairment of assets, if any, for the period.”
