Vaghani Techno Build Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 31, 2008, inter alia, to consider the following matters:

1. Increase the borrowing powers of the Board of Directors of the Company under Section 293(1)(d) of the Companies Act, 1956.

2. Authorizing the Board of Directors of the Company to sell, lease or otherwise dispose of the properties of the Company under Section 293(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 1956.
