Vimta Labs Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 21, 2008, inter alia, has recommended dividend of 40% i.e. 80 paise per face value of Rs 2/- each share for the financial year 2007-08 subject to approval of the Bankers and Members in their ensuing Annual General Meeting.
