Vintron Informatics Ltd has informed BSE that instead of submitting un-audited financial results (provisional) for the last quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2008, the Company shall publish the audited financial results for the last quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2008 within a period of ninety days from the end of the last quarter of the financial year 2007-2008 i.e. on or before June 30, 2008.
