Wearology Ltd has informed BSE that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of members of the Company will be held on April 21, 2008, inter alia, to change the name of the Company from “WEAROLOGY LTD” to “PODDAR DEVELOPERS LTD” and consequential amendments in Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company, subject to necessary provisions and approvals.
