Welspun India Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Arun Kumar, director nominated on the Board of Directors of the Company by IFCI Ltd, has resigned as a director pursuant to withdrawal of nomination by IFCI Ltd. Mr. Arun Kumar submitted his resignation pursuant to his letter dated February 22, 2008 received by the Company on February 28, 2008.
