Wipro Ltd has informed BSE that Administrative Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors vide their resolution dated May 21, 2008 resolved to issue and allot 20680 equity shares of Rs 2/- each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under the Wipro Employee Stock Options Plan i.e. WESOP 2000 and Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004.
