Wipro Ltd has informed BSE that Administrative Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors vide their resolution dated April 30, 2008 has resolved to issue and allot 95534 equity shares of Rs 2/- each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under the Wipro Employee Stock Options Plan i.e. WESOP 2000 and Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004.
