Zyden Gentec Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 04, 2008, has transacted the following:

1. The report of the Scrutinizer is placed before the Board along with other relevant details.

2. As per the result of the postal ballot on the Special Resolution, for issuing 14,00,000 warrants, i.e. 8,00,000 warrants to the Promoters and to the person acting in concert and 6,00,000 warrants to the persons other than the promoters, is declared as passed with requisite majority.
