3i Infotech Ltd has informed BSE that the Company have acquired a majority stake of 51% in M/s. Fineng Solutions Pvt Ltd (FinEng) with a commitment to acquire remaining stake in two tranches over a period.

FinEng is a Mumbai based Company engaged in the business of creating and selling software products and developing software solutions. It owns certain proprietary software providing various business solutions in the financial sector, namely in the Mutual Fund segment, Wealth Management and credit risk space.
