Adarsh Plant Protect Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 27, 2008, inter alia, to consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results (Provisional) for the 4th Quarter ended on March 31, 2008 and re-appointment of Mr. Naishadbhai Patel as Managing Director and Mr. Atish Patel as Executive Director of the Company.
