Apeego Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 20, 2008, inter alia, has transacted the following business :

1. Mr. Madhav Shanbhag and Mr. Madhusudhan Deora resigned from position of directorship of the Company with effect from June 20, 2008.

2. Mr. Anil Goyel has resigned from the position of Managing Directorship of the Company with effect from June 20, 2008.

3. Mr. Natwar Sureka has been appointed as the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company.

4. Registered Office of the Company has been changed to Block No. A-1, Parle Colony CHS., Sahakar Road, Vile-Parle (East), Mumbai - 400 057 from the present situation.
