Arshiya International Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2008, inter alia, has considered the proposal of increasing remuneration of Mr. Ajay S Mittal - Managing Director and Mrs. Archana A Mittal - Whole Time Director of the Company, subject to the approval of Members of the Company in the next General Meeting.
