Artefact Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2008, inter alia, has considered the following:

1. Recorded the disclosure of Interest on agreements and contracts made by Directors under section 299(3) of the Companies Act, 1956 for the financial year 2008 - 2009 as given by all the Directors.

2. The Board also discussed the business progress and order booking position of the Company.
