Arvind International Board to consider dividend

Arvind International Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 25, 2008, inter alia, for consideration, approval and taking on record the Audited Financial results of the Company for the Financial Year Ended March 31, 2008 and also to consider recommendation of dividend, if any.
