Asian Paints Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 09, 2008, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2008 and unaudited consolidated, financial results of the Company for the quarter and audited consolidated financial results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2008.

2. To recommend payment of final dividend, if any, on equity shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2008.
