Bafna Spinning Mills & Exports Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 23, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To fix the Date, Time & Venue of the Annual General Body Meeting of the Members of the Company.

2. To approve the Accounts for the year ended March 2008.

3. To approve the Report of the Directors, Auditors of the Company.

4. To consider the Split in the Share Value from the existing face value of Rs 10/- to Rs 5/ per share of the Company.
