Bank of Rajasthan Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on May 31, 2008, inter alia, has recommended a dividend @ 5% on equity shares for the year 2007-2008.

Further, the Board has recommended issuing Bonus Shares in the ratio of One equity shares for every Five equity shares held to the existing shareholders who hold the shares on the record date.
