Bartronics India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 04, 2008, has accorded its approval for allotment of 46,30,000 equity shares against compulsorily convertible warrants issued by the Company on March 08, 2007 on preferential allotment.
