Bartronics India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 04, 2008, has accorded its approval for exercising the options of 5,60,000 equity shares against 70% of 8,00,000 equity shares of the Company granted under the ESOS-2007 to the employees of the Company.
