BASF India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 16, 2008, inter alia, has recommended payment of dividend on the equity shares @ 70% for the financial year ended March 31, 2008. The dividend, if approved, by the shareholders will absorb Rs 197.3 Million (previous year Rs 197.3 Million).
Further the Company has informed that, 64th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on August 12, 2008.
