BASF India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 16, 2008, inter alia, to consider, the following:

1. To consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2008.

2. Recommendation of dividend on the equity shares of the Company, subject to the approval of the members at the 64th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
