Batliboi - Updates on Scheme of Amalgamation
Batliboi Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to an Order made on the February 14, 2008, the High Court of Judicature of Karnataka High Court at Bangalore by the Transferee Company ‘Batliboi SPM Pvt Ltd’ the Hon’ble High Court has directed that separate meetings of the Equity Shareholders, Secured Creditors and Unsecured Creditors of the Batliboi SPM Pvt Ltd (”the Applicant Company”) be convened and held on March 18, 2008, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving, with or without modifications, the arrangement embodied in the Scheme of Amalgamation of Batliboi SPM Pvt. Ltd. (”the Transferor Company”) with Batliboi Ltd (”The Applicant Company”).
