BGR Energy Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has opted to submit audited financial results for the entire financial year (which includes the last quarter of the financial year 2007-08) within a period of three months from the end of the financial year. Hence, the unaudited financial results for the last quarter ended March 31, 2008 would not be published.
