Bharat Fertiliser Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 17, 2008, to consider change in the name of the Company from “BHARAT FERTILISER INDUSTRIES LTD” TO “BHARAT FERTILISER AND REALTY INDUSTRY LTD”, as approved by ROC, Mumbai and to consider convening EOGM of Shareholders of the Company on April 17, 2008 at the above venue to approve change in the name of the Company.
