Bharat Fertiliser Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 17, 2008, has decided to convene Extra Ordinary General Meeting on April 10, 2008 to consider and approve change in the name of the Company from “Bharat Fertiliser Industries Ltd” to “Bharat Fertiliser and Realty Industry Ltd”.
