1. Appointment of Mr. N K Jain as an “Additional Director” of the Company:
The Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Mr. N K Jain as an “Additional Director” of the Company.
2. Resignation of Mr. Anil Raika & Mr. Jayant Godbole, from the Directorship of the Company:
The Board of Directors of the Company has accepted the resignations of Mr. Anil Raika & Mr. Jayant Godbole, Directors of the Company w.e.f. June 17, 2008.
