Blue Dart - Outcome of AGM
Blue Dart Express Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on April 22, 2008, inter alia, have transacted and approved the following:
1. Adoption of Audited Balance Sheet as at December 31, 2007 and the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that date together with the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Approval for payment of Dividend at 10% on the Equity Shares for the year ended December 31, 2007.
3. Appointment of Mr. Malcolm Monteiro & Mr. Greg Tanner as Directors of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
4. Re-appointment of M/s. Price Waterhouse, Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors of the Company.
5. Appointment of Mr. Sharad Upasani as a Director of the Company.
6. Approval of revised remuneration terms of Mr. Anil Khanna, Managing Director.
