Blue Star Ltd has informed BSE that in accordance with the directions of the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay in Company Application No 74 of 2008, the equity shareholders of the Company at its meeting held on March 04, 2008 have unanimously approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Admo Holdings Pvt Ltd, Sunag Investments Pvt Ltd, Sunashad Investments Pvt Ltd and Mohan T Advani Finance Pvt Ltd with Blue Star Ltd (”the Scheme”).
