Blue Star Ltd has informed BSE that in accordance with the directions of the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay in Company Application No. 110 of 2008, the equity shareholders of the Company at its meeting held on March 04, 2008 have unanimously approved the Scheme of Arrangement between Blue Star Ltd and its Shareholder (”the Scheme”).
