Bombay Polymers - Board Meeting on Jul 23, 2008
Bombay Polymers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 23, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following business:
1. To consider, and approve the Quarterly Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2008.
2. To make preferential allotment of shares, under Section 81(1A), as approved by the Shareholders of the Company, by Postal Ballot, and whose In-Principle Approval was received from the stock exchange on July 10, 2008.
