Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) has informed BSE about the following:

1. Shri. V D Gupta and Shri. P C Sen, Part-Time Non-Official Directors, have resigned from the office of Directors of BPCL w.e.f. May 19, 2008.

2. Ms. Rama Bijapurkar and Shri. S K Barua have been appointed as Additional Director w.e.f. May 20, 2008. They are appointed as Part-time (Non-Official) Director on the Board.
