Cambridge Solutions - Allotment of equity shares
Cambridge Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the allotment committee by way of circular resolution has allotted 5000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each under Scandent ESOP 2005 (Program 1). Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has gone up from Rs 111,33,63,830/- comprising of 11,13,36,383 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to Rs 111,34,13,830/- comprising of 11,13,41,383 equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
