Carborundum Universal Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2008, inter alia to transact the following:

1. To approve the audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2008.

2. To consider recommending a dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2008.
