Celestial Labs Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 14, 2008, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2008, un-audited financial results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2008 and issue of preferential allotment to promoters in lieu IPR and recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year 2007-2008.
