1. The Shifting of the registered office of the Company From #172, Vasavi Nagar Colony, Secunderabad - 500015 to the 4th Floor, My Home Tycoon, Life style Building, Greenlands, Hyderabad - 500016.

2. Reconstitution of the Share transfer and Investor Grievance Committee, Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee.
