Compact Disc - Board Meeting on Jul 30, 2008
Compact Disc India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2008, inter alia, to consider the following:
1. To consider and approve the audited financial results for the 1st quarter of year
2008-09.
2. To consider and approve terms of the co-production agreements of new international animation films offered by the two major comic books Companies based in USA and Japan.
3. To consider and approve terms of cinematic adaption of a book written by a Noble Prize Laureate in Literature.
4. To fix-up the date for AGM.
