Cranes Software International Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 26, 2008, inter alia, has recommended (Subject to approval of the shareholders) an equity dividend as follows: Regular Dividend of 20% & a special Dividend of 40%, thereby aggregating to 60% (Re 1.20/- per share) for the year 2007-08.
