The Unaudited results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2008

The Company has posted a net profit after tax of Rs 756.00 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 as compared to Rs 656.80 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007. Total Income has increased from Rs 5285.50 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 to Rs 7163.90 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.

The Audited results for the Year ended March 31, 2008

The Company has posted a net profit after tax of Rs 2806.90 million for the year ended March 31, 2008 as compared to Rs 2420.50 million for the year ended March 31, 2007. Total Income has increased from Rs 19261.20 million for the year ended March 31, 2007 to Rs 24534.90 million for the year ended March 31, 2008.

The Group has posted a net profit after tax of Rs 3249.00 million for the year ended March 31, 2008 as compared to Rs 2679.70 million for the year ended March 31, 2007. Total Income has increased from Rs 22139.90 million for the year ended March 31, 2007 to Rs 27869.90 million for the year ended March 31, 2008.
