Dabur India Ltd has informed BSE that both Dabur India Ltd (DIL) and Dabur Foods Ltd (DFL) have filed the Order dated January 22, 2008, passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi (”Court”), (copy received by the Company on February 18, 2008) with the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana, Delhi (”RoC”) on March 03, 2008.
Therefore, the effective date for the merger of DFL and DIL shall be March 03, 2008.
