Deal India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting which had been held on March 18 2008 for changing the name, alteration in object clause, increase in authorized capital and appointment of independent directors.
In this regard the Company has informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, meeting schedule could not be held.
