DHP India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2008, inter alia, to discuss the following:

1. To discussion & preparation about the Finalisation of Accounts & Other Statutory Compliances etc. of the year ended March 31, 2008.

2. Miscellaneous Business Activities & Other Statutory Compliances, if any.

Further the Company has informed that, the Company will be publishing the audited accounts and results within a period of 3 months from the end of the last quarter of the financial year ended i.e. up to June 30, 2008, in such case the Company is not publishing the unaudited results for the last quarter ended March 30, 2008 within April’2008.
