Dishman Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has decided to publish audited financial results for the accounting year ended March 31, 2008 within the stipulated period of 3 (three) months (i.e. on or before June 30, 2008) from the end of the financial year 2007-2008. Thus, the unaudited financial results for the last quarter of the accounting year ended March 31, 2008 will not be published.
