DS Kulkarni Developers Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Order dated February 08, 2008 the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay has directed that a meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company will be held on March 17, 2008, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving with or without modification, the arrangement embodied in the Scheme of Amalgamation of Oyster Promoters and Developers Pvt Ltd (the “Transferor Company”) with DS Kulkarni Developers Ltd (the “Applicant / Transferee Company”) and their respective shareholders and creditors.
