Edelweiss Capital Ltd has informed BSE that under Section 192A of the Companies Act, 1956 read with the Companies (Passing of the Resolutions by Postal Ballot) Rules, 2001 along with a Postal Ballot form being sent to the shareholders to consider and, if thought fit, to pass a Special resolution under section 372A of the Companies Act, 1956 for authorizing Board to make Inter - Corporate loans to bodies corporate, giving guarantees or providing securities in connection with loans and making investments in bonds, debentures or other securities beyond the limits prescribed.
