Educomp Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Remuneration Committee of the Company on April 05, 2008 has allotted 13,640 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each, under ESOP Scheme 2006 of the Company pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees.

Further, after allotment of 13,640 shares, paid up Share Capital has increased from Rs
17,24,65,640/- consisting of 1,72,46,564 equity shares of Rs 10/- each, to Rs
17,26,02,040/- consisting of 1,72,60,204 equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
