Elpro Packaging Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 15, 2008, has decided that the Company shall publish audited financial results for the entire year ended March 31, 2008 on or before June 30, 2008 i.e. with in 3 months from the end of the last quarter.

In view of above, the Company will not be publishing the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 on or before April 30, 2008.
