Emco Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation (ESOP) Committee of the Directors at its meeting held on June 10, 2008 has granted 1,97,500 stock options covering right to apply for equal number of Equity Shares of the Company i.e. each option carrying right to apply for one Equity Share of the Company, to an employees of the Company.

Against each such option, the employees will have right to apply for and get allotted one equity share of Rs 2/- each at an exercise price of Rs 150/- (Rupees One Hundred & Fifty Only). The vesting period for the said options is in graded manner within the period from respective grant and as prescribed in grant letters, subject to minimum vesting period of one year.
