Engineers India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will be publishing the “Audited Financial Results” for the year ending March 31, 2008 within 3 months from the end of Last Quarter. In view of this the Company will not be publishing “Unaudited Quarterly Results” of last quarter ending March 31, 2008, followed by “Limited Review” within two months.
